Daphnetin (7,8-dihydroxycoumarin) is a coumarin derivative that can be derived from Genus Daphne and is an orally effective protein kinase inhibitor with an IC50 value of 7.67 for EGFR, PKA, and PKC, respectively μ M、9.33 μ M and 25.01 μ M。 Daphnetin triggers reactive oxygen species induced apoptosis and induces cytoprotective autophagy by regulating the AMPK/Akt/mTOR pathway.
