Cy5-Peg-Thiol/Cyanine5-Peg-Thiol/Thiol-Peg-Cy5/Cyanine5-Peg-Thiol is a near-infrared fluorescent functionalized PEG derivative. It can be used for fluorescent labeling of proteins/nucleic acids, functional modification of gold nanoparticles, near-infrared in vivo imaging, biosensing and other scientific research scenarios. PEG chains can enhance water solubility, reduce non-specific adsorption, and decrease Cy5 self quenching.This reagent can only be used for scientific research and cannot be directly applied to human experiments.
