As a blank control probe, it intuitively tracks the complete dynamic process of blood circulation, tissue distribution, and tumor enrichment of targeted liposomes in vivo, and is used to evaluate the in vivo behavior of a novel liposome delivery system. Based on the near-infrared fluorescence characteristics of CY5.5 and the tumor targeting ability of RGD, high signal-to-noise ratio in vivo tumor imaging can be achieved to accurately locate the growth and metastasis sites of tumors.
