BODIPY TMR-X SE

BODIPY TMR-X SE is an orange-fluorescent dye that is reactive with primary amines on biomolecules such as peptides, proteins, modified nucleotides and biopolymers. It is relatively insensitive to environment and pH changes. The seven-atom spacer between the dye and it is point of attachment may reduce interactions of the dye and the biomolecule to which it has reacted.
