BDP FL alkyne

Alkyne derivatives of BDP FL,analogues of alkynes of BODIPY Fl.Bdp-fl is a boropyrroline dye.It is a bright,light emitting fluorescent group,which emits in the fluorescein (FAM) channel.Unlike fam,bdp-fl is very photogenic.Its brightness is similar to that of fluorescein.This alkyne can be conjugated with some azide containing molecules through copper catalyzed click chemistry.
