Product description
							BDP 558/568 has a fluorescence maximum in the yellow range of the spectrum at 569 nm. Its spectral properties are similar to those of BODIPY ™ 558/568, Cy ™ 3 and DyLight ™ BDP 558/568 dissolves well in polar organic solvents and has high photostability as well as good quantum yield. As a hydrophobic dye, BDP 558/568 is well suited for dyeing lipids, membranes and other lipophilic compounds.BDP-558/568-DBCO particularly suitable for studying different processes in living cells.BDP-558/568-DBCO is used for the detection of azide-containing target molecules, proteins or nucleic acids by microscopy or flow cytometry.
