Azobenzene-PEG2k-PSMA (Glu-urea-Lys) is a photoresponsive small-molecule PSMA-targeted conjugate in which an azobenzene moiety is linked to the high-affinity PSMA ligand Glu-urea-Lys through a 2 kDa polyethylene glycol (PEG2k) spacer.The azobenzene unit acts as a reversible photo-switch (trans–cis isomerization), enabling light-controlled modulation of molecular conformation, steric hindrance, and binding behavior.
