FC-PSMA

FC-PSMA is a near-infrared two region (NIR-II, 900-1700 nm) fluorescent probe targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) constructed based on the "hybrid coupling" strategy.

FC-PSMA combines the advantages of methylene cyanine dye and donor acceptor (D-A) type dye, and has excellent photostability, chemical stability, and high brightness. Carboxylic acid modification sites are introduced into its molecular skeleton and connected to PSMA targeting units (Glu urea Lys), thereby achieving specific recognition of PSMA positive prostate cancer cells.
