At the same time,it was found that cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs could mask the immunogenicity of C (rgdyk) modified liposomes,but there might be safety problems when they were used to deliver molecular targeted drugs with good tumor cell specificity and low adverse reactions in normal tissues. |
