Water-soluble CdSe/Cds core-shell quantum dots （Red light）

CdSe, as the core material,has high photoluminescence efficiency and a narrow wavelength range. However, its stability in water is poor.In order to enhance its stability and improve fluorescence performance,the outer layer is usually coated with a CdS shell layer.As a shell material, CdS shell can not only improve the photostability of CdSe core, but also adjust the emission wavelength of quantum dots. By adjusting the thickness of the CdS shell,the emission of red fluorescence can be achieved.The thicker the CdS shell, the longer the emission wavelength of red light.
