Triptolide-Biotin/Biotin-Triptolide is a complex formed by covalently bonding the anti-tumor active ingredient Triptolide with biotin. By utilizing the high affinity of biotin and streptavidin, the complex can be coupled to the surface of carriers such as liposomes and nanoparticles, achieving targeted delivery of Triptolide, increasing drug enrichment at tumor sites, and reducing toxicity to normal tissues.
