Aggregation induced emission (AIE) refers to the phenomenon that a kind of molecules that do not emit light or have weak light in solution can enhance their luminescence after aggregation.Fluorescence imaging is a very important imaging mode and has the prospect of clinical transformation.Compared with traditional visible light (400-700 nm) and nir-i (700-900 nm),nir-ii (1000-1700 nm) has smaller scattering and stronger penetration in biological tissues,which is conducive to improving the imaging depth and spatial resolution of deep tissues.
