Product description
TPE-Ph-In was thus chosen for cell staining test. Pre-experiment showed that this dye is cell permeable and stain mitochondria specifically. Compared with TPE-TPP, the UV-excited AlE mitochondrial probe with blue-emission previously developed in our group, TPE-Ph-In can be well excited with a 488 nm laser.
