The target compound (tmt-peg-dspe) was prepared by coupling tumor metastasis targeting peptide(TMT)with lipid material(peg-dspe),which was used to construct targeted doxorubicin liposomes(tmt-ls-dox).TMT modified nano carriers may be a new strategy to increase the specificity of chemotherapy drugs for high metastatic breast cancer.
