TF2-HQKLVFFAK-TQ2[TF2-His-Gln-Lys-Leu-Val-Phe-Phe-Ala-Lys-TQ2] exhibits stronger fluorescence than the commonly used FRET peptide MCA HQKLVFFA (K-DNP) during protease cleavage, a secretion enzyme FRET peptide substrate.
