TCO PEG reacts with tetrazine molecules fast and quantitatively in aqeuous solution.TCO-PEG1000-FA、TCO-PEG2000-FA、TCO-PEG3.4k-FA and so on.The TCO-tetrazine click reaction is a very powerful tool in catalyst-free protein-protein bioconjugation.
