TAMRA azide, 5-isomer

Tetramethyl rhodamine (Tamra) is an orange yellow dye.Dye is a FRET receptor of fam, sometimes used as quenchant of fam.Like other xanthines,Tamra exists in two isomers 5,which have very similar spectral characteristics.This is an azide derivative of the 5-isomer of Tamra.Azides can be conjugated to Terminal Alkynes by copper catalyzed click chemistry or by copper free azide cycloaddition reaction (spaac).
