Succinimidyl Valerate-Polyethylene glycol--OPSS ,SVA-PEG-OPSS from ruixi.opss-PEG-sva is a linear heterobifunctional PEG reagent with a Succinimidyl Valerate a succinimidyl OPSS ester group. It is a useful crosslinking reagent with a PEG spacer .N-hydroxylsuccinimide (NHS) functionalized polyethylene glycol valeric acid (PEG-SVA) is an amino (-NH2) reactive PEG derivative that can be used to modify protein, peptide or any other surfaces with available amino groups. NHS esters react with primary amine groups at pH 7~8.5 to form stable amide bonds.
