Sulfo-NHS,CAS:# 106627-54-7,N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide，N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide (Sulfo-NHS) is used in conjunction with EDC-HCl (EDAC-HCl) to convert carboxyl groups to Sulfo-NHS esters which react amines. Sulfo-NHS is used as a catalyst for EDC-HCl coupling and greatly increases the efficiency of the reaction.
