N-succinimidyl-3-(2-pyridyldithiol)propionate-poly(ethyleneN-succinimidyl-3-(2-pyridyldithiol)propionate-poly(ethylene glycol)-N-succinimidyl-3-(2-pyridyldithiol)propionate,SPDP-PEG-SPDP from ruixi.SPDP-PEG-SPDP is a diblock copolymer.SPDP first reacts with a protein molecule via its amino group. SPDP introduced pyridine disulfide into the protein, and then the pyridine disulfide was reduced by DTT to form thiol group. These mercaptan groups then form disulfide bonds with another protein molecule to produce heterodimer proteins.
