SN38 Oleate is a lipid derivative formed by covalent coupling of 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin (SN38)and oleic acid through ester bonds.It is a typical long-chain fatty acid modified prodrug model compound. Its molecular structure combines the active core of SN38 with the long-chain hydrophobic alkyl group of oleic acid,with a molecular weight of approximately 562.7.It appears as a light yellow oil and is almost insoluble in water,but easily soluble in organic solvents such as chloroform and dimethyl sulfoxide.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
