Se–Se–PEG–PSMA-ligand-1 is a PEG-modified prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) targeting ligand engineered with a diselenide (Se–Se) redox-cleavable linker. This design combines selective PSMA receptor binding with controlled, tumor-microenvironment-responsive behavior.
Applications:
Functionalization of liposomes, polymeric nanoparticles, inorganic nanocarriers;
Targeted drug-delivery or theranostic systems for prostate cancer;
