Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester-Polyethylene glycol-Hydrazide ,SCM-PEG-Hydrazide from ruixi.Hydrazide-PEG-SCM  is a linear heterobifunctional PEG reagent with a Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester a succinimidyl Hydrazide ester group. It is a useful crosslinking reagent with a PEG spacer.PEGylation can increase solubility and stability and reduce immunogenicity of peptides and proteins. It can also suppress the non-specific binding of charged molecules to the modified surfaces.SCM is very reactive with primary amine to form a stable amide bond.SCM-PEG1000-Hydrazide、SCM-PEG2000-Hydrazide、SCM-PEG3.4K-Hydrazide and so on.We can also customize smaller molecular weight (550).
