Protamine Sulfate,Rhodamine B labeled/Rhodamine B labeled Protamine Sulfate is a fluorescent labeling biological reagent obtained by coupling Rhodamine B fluorescent dye with sulfated protamine, and belongs to the commonly used labeling products in the field of biological research. It can be used for cell level tracking experiments to observe the uptake and localization process of sulfated protamine in cells, and for in vitro and in vivo tracking studies adapted to nucleic acid delivery carriers. It can also be applied to pharmacokinetic studies related to heparin neutralization, by quantitatively analyzing the metabolic distribution of sulfated protamine in organisms through fluorescence analysis. As a fluorescent probe, it is used for biochemical experiments such as biological staining and protein interaction detection.
