Pyrene-PEG-Mal/Maleimide-PEG-Pyrene/Mal-PEG-Pyrene is a classic pyrene labeled maleimide functionalized fluorescent PEG derivative. As a highly sensitive fluorescent probe, it is used for targeted fluorescence labeling of thiol containing biomolecules such as proteins, antibodies, peptides, and nucleic acids for time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay. It can also be used for functional modification of surfaces of various biomaterials, improving their biocompatibility and inhibiting non-specific protein adsorption.
