Py-2H-Tetrazine-Py-NH2TFA is a kind of click chemistry reaction compound.Tetrazine trans cyclooctene linkage is one of the fastest biological binding reactions known.This water-soluble thiocyanate derivative contains a methyltetrazine moiety,which is used for cross coupling with cyclooctene and methyltetrazine.It has the best stability at physiological pH,while keeping the fluorescence group of cyclooctene bright,light-emitting and can be seen well with the naked eye.
