PTX-Diphosphate
Paclitaxel-Diphosphate
Product description
Bisphosphonates are stable analogues of pyrophosphonate molecules. After osteoclasts accumulate in mineralized bone matrix, they lead to bone resorption through enzymatic hydrolysis.Bisphosphonates can inhibit osteoclast mediated bone resorption, inhibit the maturation of osteoclasts, inhibit the function of mature osteoclasts and the aggregation of osteoclasts at the site of bone resorption, and inhibit the diffusion, infiltration and adhesion of tumor cells to bone matrix.
