NH2-PMPC,PMPC-amine,Poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine)-amine is a functional amphiphilic polymer with a main chain of Poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine)and side chains containing phosphocholine groups.The end is modified with an amino group(-NH2),which combines hydrophilicity and reactivity.Phosphatidylcholine groups endow polymers with excellent biocompatibility,which can simulate the phospholipid structure of cell membranes and reduce non-specific protein adsorption;Terminal amino groups can undergo coupling reactions with functional groups such as carboxyl and epoxy groups for functionalization modification.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
