Poly-L-Lysin-Poly-L-leucine-Poly-L-Lysin,PLL-PLeu-PLL from ruixi.ε - polylysine is a light yellow powder with strong hygroscopicity and slightly bitter taste. It is a straight chain polymer of lysine. It is not affected by pH value, is heat stable (120 ℃, 20min), and can inhibit thermotolerant bacteria. ɛ - polylysine (ε - PL)   has broad spectrum bacteriostasis.
