PLGA-b-PEOz-NHS,PLGA-PEOz-NHS,PLGA-PEOz-NHS is an amphiphilic AB diblock copolymer composed of hydrophilic PEOz and hydrophobic poly(D,L-lactide co glycolide).PEOz polymers are capped by active esters and can react with other reactive chemical groups such as amino modified proteins,peptides,and other materials.PEOz can completely replace PEG polyethylene glycol as a drug carrier material and can be used to prepare pH responsive nanoparticles for drug delivery.
