PLGA-TK-PMPC

PLGA-TK-PMPC is a redox responsive amphiphilic block copolymer designed for use in the biomedical field. The PMPC block can reduce immunogenicity,decrease the phagocytosis of the carrier by the reticuloendothelial system,and enhance drug tumor enrichment efficiency. Ketothiol bonds are only broken at high ROS concentrations,which can accurately respond to pathological microenvironments such as tumors and inflammation,reducing drug toxicity and side effects in normal tissues.PLGA blocks can be hydrolyzed into non-toxic metabolites in vivo and ultimately excreted through the kidneys,with high biological safety.
