Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)-thioketal(TK)-Polyethylene glycol-Rhodamine B(RhB),PLGA-thioketal(TK)-PEG-Rhodamine B(RhB) from ruixi.Thioketal was used as ROS reactive nano drug carrier. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are the main molecules produced by oxidative stress, which play an important role in many physiological and pathological processes. Plga-thioketal (TK) - peg-Rhodamine B(RhB), this product has the characteristics of ROS response. PLGA-PEG can be used to prepare micelles, vesicles and other new targeted products.
