PLGA-SS-PEG-NH2,Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)-S-S-Polyethylene glycol-amine is a biodegradable functional amphiphilic block copolymer whichhydrophilic block PEG and hydrophobic block PLGA are linked by disulfidebond,it can conjugate with peptides, antibodies, proteins and others whichcontain NHS groups on the surface. when the micelle encounters DTT, thedisulfide bond breaks and accelerates the release of the drug.
