Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)-se-se-Polyethylene glycol-BIOTIN,PLGA-Se-Se-PEG-BIOTIN from ruixi.The diselenium bond(se-se) is a new type of GSH responsive covalent chemical bond. PLGA is linked to the double selenium bond then coupling PEG-BIOTIN.The product (PLGA-Se-Se-PEG-BIOTIN)with GSH responsive double selenium micelles was prepared.By using the double selenium bond material, the drug can be released from the carrier rapidly in the environment of high GSH, so it can be used in drug delivery system (DDS).
