PLGA-S-S-PLGA,Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)-s-s-Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)is an amphiphilic copolymer crosslinked with disulfide bonds at both ends, which has reduction responsiveness and biodegradability.It is widely used in drug delivery systems.In a reducing environment(such as the presence of intracellular glutathione),the disulfide bond(-SS-)irreversibly breaks,causing the material structure to disintegrate and achieving drug release at the target site.
