Poly (lactic co glycolic acid) (PLGA) is a kind of biodegradable functional polymer organic compound,which is randomly polymerized by lactic acid and glycolic acid.It has good biocompatibility, non-toxic,good encapsulation and film-forming properties.Rhodamine B is a green crystal or red purple powder, which is easily soluble in water and ethanol,It is slightly soluble in acetone, chloroform,hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide.The maximum excitation wavelength of Rh123 is 507nm and the maximum emission wavelength is 529nm.
