PLGA-PEG-CGEAIPMSIPPEVK,PLGA-PEG-NEBP(CGEAIPMSIPPEVK)(save SH),PLGA-PEG-NEBP (retaining free thiol groups)is a functional polymer carrier used for preparing inflammation/tumor targeted nanomedicines.The PLGA hydrophobic core can encapsulate hydrophobic drugs such as chemotherapy and anti-inflammatory drugs, while the PEG hydrophilic shell enhances water solubility and stability,prolongs circulation time,and actively targets enrichment.The terminal NEBP peptide can specifically bind to neutrophil elastase highly expressed in the lesion microenvironment,allowing drugs to be accurately enriched in inflammatory tissues,inflammation related tumors,or thrombotic lesions.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
