PLGA-PEG-GPLGVRGK-MAL,PLGA-PEG-GPLGVRGK-MAL is a multifunctional polymer composed of poly(lactic acid glycolic acid)copolymer(PLGA),polyethylene glycol(PEG),targeted peptide GPLGVRGK,and maleimide (MAL).PLGA provides biodegradability and controlled release function,and the degradation products are lactic acid and glycolic acid.PEG enhances water solubility and blood circulation time,reduces non-specific adsorption,and GPLGVRGK peptide targets integrin α v β 3 on the surface of tumor cells,achieving tumor specific delivery.The MAL group couples with peptides through thiol maleimide reaction to form stable covalent bonds.
