PS-PEG-HYD-PLGA,PLGA is a biodegradable polymer formed by copolymerization of lactic acid(LA)and glycolic acid(GA),which is hydrolyzed in vivo to produce metabolites such as lactic acid and glycolic acid.The Hyd linking group can be cleaved under acidic or enzymatic conditions to achieve intelligent release and structural response.PEG provides a hydrophilic outer layer,increasing the stability of nanoparticles in aqueous phase. Phosphatidylserine(PS)a naturally occurring anionic phospholipid,typically located in the lobules of the cell membrane,that turns outward during apoptosis and can be recognized by macrophages or certain receptors.
