Poly(D,L-lactide)- SS-Polyvinylene imine is a redox responsive copolymer composed of biodegradable racemic polylactic acid(PDLLA)and cationic polymer polyethyleneimine(PEI)connected by disulfide bonds(-SS-).PDLLA provides good biocompatibility and degradability,while PEI achieves efficient nucleic acid compression and cell transfection ability with its high-density amino groups.The disulfide bond in the middle serves as an intelligent switch that exists stably outside the cell.After entering the cell,it breaks due to the high concentration of glutathione(GSH)environment inside the cell,triggering the rapid release of nucleic acids(such as siRNA and pDNA),significantly improving transfection efficiency and reducing toxicity.This product is only for scientific research and cannot be used on the human body.
