PLA-SS-PEG-MAL,Maleimide-Polyethyleneglycol-Poly(D,L-lactide) is an amphiphilic AB block copolymer with MAL group atthe end of PEG, the PLA and PEG are linked by disulfide bond.it can conjugatewith peptides, antibodies, proteins and others which contain Thiol groups onthe surface. when the micelle encounters DTT, the disulfide bond breaks andaccelerates the release of the drug.
