methyl-Polyethylene glycol-S-S-Poly(D,L-lactide)is an amphiphilic AB block copolymer,the PLA and PEG are linked by disulfidebond, As a commonly used biodegradable polymer mPEG-S-S-PLA can self-assembleinto polymeric micelles, when the micelle encounters DTT, the disulfide bondbreaks and accelerates the release of the drug.
