Poly(D,L-lactide)-s-s-Polyethylene glyco-fluorescence ,PLA-s-s-PEG-CHO from ruixi.Disulfide bond has glutathione response effect.PLA is connected with disulfide bond, then peg thiol (PEG CHO ) is coupled to form plA-s-s-peg-CHO.The product can be used to prepare micelles or vesicles and other new targeted products for drug encapsulation.
