Product description
poly(L-lactide)-poly(ethylene glycol)is a polymer copolymer polymerized by polylactide and polyethylene glycol(PEG).It can be used in the fields of drug controlled release system and scaffold of tissue engineering.
T7(HAIYPRH)is a short peptide screened by phage display technology. It can specifically bind to TfR with a binding constant of up to 10 nmoll.Due to different binding sites, endogenous TF will not inhibit, but promote the specific binding of T7 modified nanoparticles to TfR.Therefore,T7 is more suitable as a target molecule.
