poly(L-lactide)-poly(ethylene glycol)is a polymer copolymer polymerized by polylactide and polyethylene glycol(PEG).It can be used in the fields of drug controlled release system and scaffold of tissue engineering.
T7(HAIYPRH)is a short peptide screened by phage display technology.It can specifically bind to TfR with a binding constant of up to 10 nmoll.Due to different binding sites,endogenous TF will not inhibit,but promote the specific binding of T7 modified nanoparticles to TfR.Therefore,T7 is more suitable as a target molecule.
