Poly(D,L-lactide)-Polyethylene glycol-Poly(b-amino esters)，PLA-PEG-PAE from ruixi.PAE-PEG-MAL is a hetero-functional peg derivative. One end of PEG is connected with PAE , the other end is connected with PLA.Poly (D, L-lactide) is a biodegradable polymer material.Poly (β - amino ester) is a kind of polymer carrier which is sensitive to pH and contains degradable ester group and protonated amino group. It has the characteristics of cheap raw material, simple synthesis, diverse structure and degradable.
