DSS6-PEG-PDLLA,Poly(D,L-lactide)-Polyethylene glycol is a block copolymer composed of hydrophobic polylactic acid(PLA)and hydrophilic polyethylene glycol(PEG),which has biocompatibility,degradability,and amphiphilicity.The DSS6 peptide is composed of six Asp-Ser-Ser amino acid repeat sequences and can specifically recognize hydroxyapatite(HAp)in bone tissue.
