Poly (lactic co glycolic acid) Poly (lactic acid) (PLGA) is a kind of degradable functional polymer,which is randomly polymerized by two monomers lactic acid and glycolic acid.It has good biocompatibility,non-toxic,good encapsulation and film-forming properties.It can be copolymerized with PEG to form diblock,triblock or even tetrablock copolymers.It can be used to make micelles,drug encapsulation,drug delivery and controlled release.
