Product description
Poly(D,L-lactide)-polyethylene glycol--Aminooxy,PLA-PEG-Aminooxy from ruixi Aminooxy PEG derivatives, also called Oxyamine PEGs, are one of Nanocs aldehyde or ketone reactive PEG derivatives that can react with polysaccharides or glycoproteins. Reaction between aminooxy PEG and aldehyde/ketone forms an oxime bond which can be further reduced by Sodium Borohydride (NaBH4) to form a more stable linkage.
