Poly(D,L-lactide)-Hydrazone(Hyd)-poly(ethylene glycol)-Azide,PLA-Hydrazone(Hyd)-PEG-(Azide)N3 from ruixi.Hydrazone bond has pH response effect.PLA is connected with Hydrazone, then peg (Azide)N3 is coupled to form PLA-Hydrazone(Hyd)-PEG-(Azide)N3.PLA can be used as a biodegradable micelle with environmental response, so PLA hydrazone (hyd) - PEG - (azide) N3 can be used as a bio micelle with pH response. The product can be used as a drug carrier, forming a spherical core-shell structure with hydrophobic segment as the core and hydrophilic segment as the shell to wrap the drug in the core, which can avoid the influence of surrounding environmental factors and improve the stability of the drug.
