Hydroxybutyric acid and hydroxyhexanoic acid copolymer (PHBHHx),When the ratio of PHBHHx to peg is 3:1and 2 :1,they are completely physically compatible.The increase of the proportion of PEG in the blend leads to phase separation and becomes a partially compatible system.PEG incorporation significantly improved the hydrophilicity and surface free energy of the materials,and significantly improved the cell adhesion and proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells(RASMCs)and vascular endothelial cells(HUVECs),both of which were dependent on PEG content.
